Continuous Mesh Belt Furnace with Pre Wash and Post Wash
Advantages:
- Ideal for sheet metal components, fasteners and tiny components.
- Good finish and excellent quality
- Furnace uniformity within 5 degrees and as per AP16A standard for atmosphere furnaces
Apart from this, we have one more mesh belt furnace, one Gas Carburizing furnace, two stress relieving furnaces and one tempering furnace in Unit – 1.

Located in R.K. PET
Facilities available:
- 7 Gas Carbusrizing furnaces
- 6 Shotblasting machines
Inspection Facilities:
- 2 Brinell Hardness testers
UNIT - 3
Location: Kakkalur
- 2 Gas Carburizing Furnaces
- 2 Tempering Furnaces (1 VFC type and 1 Oven type)
- 1 Shotblasting machine
UNIT - 4
Location: Chennai
- 2 Gas Carburizing Furnaces (GCF – 1 & 2)
- 3 Tempering Furnaces (2 VFC type and 1 Oven type)
